Macros goal setting for training and rest day

Hi,

i am new to this community but did use MFP for a few years already, recently upgraded to premium. My new training plan requires me to hit different macro goals on training and rest days.

Can someone tell me where to set those two different goals and how to tell MFP if today is a training or rest day?

I have seen many discussions in the forum going for many years, and no one had an answer, i believe that the MFP developer by now must have upgraded the app to solve this so obvious problem?

    Setting daily goals is a premium feature. It may only be available in the phone/tablet app - not sure. If so, I think the goals will still work in the web version, once set.

    In the app, starting from the More menu, it's under Goals/Nutrition Goals/Calorie, Carbs, Protein and Fat Goals/Set Daily Goals.

    However, it's oriented to days of the week - I don't know of a way to designate training vs. non-training days, unless you have a regular weekly schedule (but I really haven't played with it much - not a function I need).
