Hey! That title caught my attention. I'm also on the road to 12%, which is where I'd like to get to and hold steady. Great progress - keep it up! I started around 21% and now I think I'm between 13%-13.5%. I'm 6'4" and 188 lbs., so I don't really want to lose any more weight. I'm attempting to hold my weight steady, and keep reducing the BF%. Eventually, I'd like to be 195-200 lbs. and 12% BF.5
