Saving and logging recipes

I can't get MFP to save and log recipes. I've tried on my PC and my phone. Anyone else having issues?

    I have been having this issue for days. I cannot log new recipes from my phone nor the website.

    I was having trouble doing this one one browser (the one I have with a bunch of security/privacy extensions). So I switched to plain vanilla Chrome browser and tried and it worked most of the time. My solution was to save the recipe after each ingredient, then edit the recipe, add a second ingredient, and repeat the save/edit process until done.
