What does "fit" mean to you? Many people are here seeking weight loss. Some have specific athletic goals (get to the recommended 150 minutes of moderate cardiovascular exercise per week, run a marathon, become a triathlete, become progressively stronger, . . . etc.). Others are looking for daily life benefits, like not getting out of breath when climbing stairs or being able to do more physical play with their kids (or grandkids). Some are more focused on appearance goals (get visible abs or muscular build, etc.).
Depending on what you have in mind, there are various groups here in the Community that might be helpful. Or, if you're not sure, you could post and ask others about their fitness goals to get ideas.
There was a discussion in the Debate section about how various people would define Fitness, if that's more what you're looking for:

I'll point out that in the Debate area, discussion can be a little more . . . contentious; but people are still expected to be polite.
