No vape for 3 weeks. No soda for 3 days without a headache.

    Love this. I am right here. I need ramp-up time to drop things. First goal: no drinking for 21 days. Then, no cigs after that. I did cardio this morning and thought I was going to die, lol.

    I am on day six, no soda and intermediate fasting. I haven't had a crash yet. I feel much better, although, I don't know if I lost much because I am tweaking my eating slowly each week. Fresh start again.....
