    I'm in the ballpark of that age and just rejoined--vegetarian who does a lot of indoor exercise and tries not to eat much junk but does anyhow. I cannot see how to friend or send requests--tried profile, activity, this and that, so if anyone wants to send me one I should get it. Thanks
