    I strongly recommend getting into some strength training. Really though, just find ways to move around that you enjoy.... swimming, hiking, tennis, yoga, whatnot.

    Eat less in a sustainable way, move more. But other than that it's impossible to say as you've not given us any information. Can you share your current stats and age?
