MyFitnessPal Newbie

Hello all!!
I am a newbie to MyFitnessPal and ready to start taking care of myself. My plan is to lose 20-25 lbs and keep it off!!
I want to eat healthy, exercise 2-3 times a week and have positivity around me. I am 47 yr old and ready to start living my life. :) let’s do this!!

    Have you figured out how many calories you can consume and still be in a deficit? Losing 20-25 lbs is a goal. A plan is actions you will take to achieve that goal. Exercise and positivity and eating "healthy" -- assuming by that you mean, as most people do, the kinds of things you eat -- are good for you, but they won't leas to weight loss unless they happen to create a calorie deficit.
