Hi there, I'm opening my diary for a better follow-up.
Here are the numbers from last week

I managed to stay below 2400kcal during the week. I managed to do a bunch of activity (running, MTB, walking). At the end of the week, it's an average of - 0,5 Kg on my weight.

With the change in diet, I feel more full than before, and I did not start craving even with stress on Wednesday evening.

    Hi there, here is my week's data :smile:

    Quickly: Weight goal achieved. I've also achieved food type goal (add nuts, fish, oils).
    With my wife we had a little extra sunday with a fastfood, the first and only on the month.

    With the wrong: I did not performed much specific activity (But I did some inside installations, work outside + lawn mowing). This situation will remains while my house works are not finished. I still need to repair my MTB's rear wheel (wheel spoke broken).
