I've been struggling with gaining weight for years and I am currently underweight. A lot of people don't know the struggles of gaining weight. I've searched for many apps to help me, and myfitnesspal have been the best so far. The app calculated how much I should increase my kj(calories) and now I can keep track of my progress. If anyone is struggling to gain weight or if you're in the progress of gaining weight and can share some tips, I'm all ears!

    Hello @HybridPixel and welcome.

    If you struggle on gaining weight, it's because you don't eat enough. Add additional meals, eat more frequently, prioritize fat over carbs. Add oil everywhere, cheese, nuts, etc...

    By adding way more kcal, I'm sure you will gain weight.
