1 gram of protein per weight in pounds? More or less? What is your regimen?

It depends on a few things. If you’re overweight it’s best to figure your protein on your lean weight and not overall body weight. 1G is the most you’d need with .7 normally being sufficient however more is fine and helps with satiety and muscle retention when dieting down.
Older people have lower Muscle Protein Synthesis to they want to be on the higher end of things.1 -
Following on from what Tom said, up to 1g if you're lean, or 0.7g if you're obese. There's a sliding scale there.0
