Attention all long term myfitness pal users- any tips for sticking to the habit.

I've been a long term user, ever since 2015. I have lost 37lbs (age 18-20, 2014-2017, 195-158) Then another 30 lbs (age 21-23, 2018-2020, 210-180) And now after the 2nd baby I've been very unmotivated. (Age 26-28, 223-215, 2020-2023) It just feels like it NEVER ENDS. I really want to have a 3rd baby maybe even a 4th but it bums me out to think about failing for years and years at this, achieving limited success, spending my whole youth fat and then dying obese. I'm a homemaker and it gets hard 😪 I loveeeee cooking delicious meals for my family but then how do you stop yourself from eating anything with them.

If the food you serve your family would make you obese if you ate it, won't it have the same effect on your children? Is that the future you want for them?

Think about what you mean by delicious meals. Does it mean every dish comes with extreme amounts of added fat (oil, butter, cheese, etc.) (fat is more calorie dense than proteins and carbs, and while you definitely need fat in your diet, it doesn't need to be the majority of calories in everything you eat)?

Could you cook more veggies, legumes, lean meat, poultry, fish, whole grains with little or no added fats, and just include one of the higher calorie dishes in a meal, and maybe not even every meal? Could you make smaller amounts of the higher calorie dishes, and model for your children that such foods can be enjoyed as treats, not as the main (or only) foods at every meal?

Wow coming in with the accusations hot, nice... no I have PCOS so I don't lose weight til I keep carbs at 50 or below and the rest of my family eats the recommended 150-200 g per day, all normal sized. So the main challenge has been, for example, making chicken and rice for them and keeping the freezer stocked with cauliflower rice for myself, which of course I forget to cook til I'm serving the 'regular meal', and then it's too late so I eat the regular thing. I'm just not one of those people that can eat chicken beans and rice and other 'healthy' stuff and lose weight, because of hormones and stuff. Even tracking cals doesn't work for me until I start limiting carbs severely. But I get burned out with mfp which is what I was posting for, advice for that.
