Hi Everyone,
I am a newby to the program. This isn't the only program I have done before.
I am still trying to lose weight and I am 61 years old. Any people around my age
trying to lose weight? I need your support to keep plugging at this and now it is
for health reasons.
Hope to talk to you soon.

Hi, keep trying to lose weight. Not only for being thin, we can do it also for a good health. I left the program for about a month but now I will try to keep records of everything. I wasnt losing weight as I was not eating more than 1,200 calories a day, my scale was showing no progress so I got kind of frustrated. I talked to an RD and she told me what important is to have more than this calories. I will continue with the program. Lets do it, sure you can.

    Hi again,

Thanks for your support. Good luck with the 40th reunion and the new wife:grumble:
I was on an on line program called Shrink Yourself. All about why you are eating and when
you are eating. I didn't lose a pound but gained insight.
I am also on a 1200 calorie program. We will see if it works for me.
Yesterday I ate over that amount and lost two pounds.
