Hi, I have been using Fitnesspal for years now to track what I eat. I was at my ideal weight 5 yrs ago. And since then with covid, early
Menopause onset, thyroid issues and some medication I had to use I gained almost 20lbs.
So I’m back now with a resolve to get back in shape. I joined burn boot camp and found out that my fat percentage is at 40% 😞 But the good news is I’ve already taken the first step towards getting things back on track by starting workout regime and starting to track on fitnesspal.
This is all very sensitive to talk to friends and family also sometimes. Hoping to find support here so I can be successful in my journey and provide support to others as well.
