Dashboard

On the dashboard, I can track things like Steps, Exercise, Protein, and Fat. I’m not interested in Exercise or Steps. I’d like to add Carbohydrates to this list. I don’t see a way to look at more micros than two of them at a time. Am I missing something, or is that all I get?

Thank you.

    I don't know whether any of this is premium only, but in the phone/tablet app, I can click "Edit" near the top right of the page, and add goal cards, but I can only add 2 cards. That means I could have protein and fats but not all 3 macros.

    However, personally I don't even want that, because I have the dashboard set so that macros are my main dashboard display (though I can see calories if I swipe). There's a setting "Custom Home Screen Dashboard" (for sure only premium) where I can choose calorie focus, macronutrient focus, heart healthy, low carb or custom (show any 3 nutrients). I have that set on "macronutrient focus", so the top card is a display of my currently logged fat, carbs, and protein (grams - not sure if I could reset to %).

    I'd screen shot it, but my phone's not letting me.

    @AnnPT77 -

    I was so focused on what I couldn't do that I lost sight of what was there. I also have the Macros of Net Carbs, Fat, and Protein in the top box, so I don't need them below.

    I, too, use the premium version because I want to know the macros by meal. I think the dashboard is lacking in terms of personalization. (Actually, I think the app as a whole is lacking in personalization, but that's for another time.)

    Thanks for pointing out what I should have seen on my own.

    The dashboard is still semi-new, and they've been gradually improving it since it started, IMO. If you have specific improvement suggestions, this would be the place to post them:

    Just to be clear: I don't work for MFP, I'm just a regular user like you . . . just one who's been here for a while already. :D

    With the occasional exception of adding exercise from the dashboard, I never use it.

    I'm on the free version, and adding Goal Cards is indeed a Premium-only feature:
