    Hi Kit,

    I lost 90+ pounds twice before. This time I've learned from my mistakes (I think) to be able to maintain the weight loss for more than a few years.

    I'm so happy for you. It was hard for me to start over again. I'm making slow and steady progress this time--and I'm eating my normal foods (with a few minor tweaks). It seems livable now.

    I'm hoping this time will work for you as well.
    Welcome back to the Repeater's Club. I learn more each time and it gets easier each time.
