Hi.
I’m 42, male and having been up and down with my weight for some years. A year ago I decided to really get back on top of things due to my weight ballooning to 118KG over Covid . I’ve been using a calorie deficit for this entire time and I’m now around 90KG. What I’d like to know is as people start to get close to their target weight (mine is around 85KG) how do you then start to stabilise and put on muscle. Would welcome some simple exercises especially for my arms and chest. I have lost some muscle mass but felt shifting the fat was way more important.
