I used to make this 'skinny' peppermint mocha coffee for my husband before he passed. It was like $6 for a short at Starbucks AND it was only available during the winter.
Also, a 'tall' peppermint mocha has 350 calories at Starbucks!!! With your own, you get to control how many calories yours has.
It's super easy:
- 8-12 oz. coffee
-1 TBSP cocoa powder
- Dash of peppermint extract
Add more or less according to your taste.
Then, you can add whatever creamer or sugar you'd like or just drink as is.
