I'm not happy with myself, so now I'm taking charge, and not my belly.

I've reached 266lbs and have decided to do something about loosing some.

I'm 52 years old, have type 2 diabetes and now use a CPAP.

When the doctor says, loose weight, you may remove these 2 conditions from your life, then it's only you that can do it.

If I was able to get a 50% kidney damaged by drinking, back to 100% by stopping drinking alcohol and cleanse it with water....then I can do this !

Have to say, MyFitnessPal has helped me log my food and exercise and have noticed a difference.

The first 2 days, I was dizzy and having headaches, but now...All is on track.

I'm even taken weekly pictures to see how I'll change.

Have to not only think of myself, but to also be healthy and around my fiancee and kids.

Also, will look better on the beach in summer.
