Introduction and Lifestyle changes

So exited to have the tracking system from myfitnesspal. Am new to application, and it is exacty what I am looking for. I finished 75Hard a few weeks ago, changed my diet after reading health and diet information from Dr. Michael Kreager, (How Not to Die), eliminated alcohol and increased my exercise to 60-90 minutes a day. Now I can budget my calories by meal, create budgets for Nutrients and Macros and be even more mindful of food intake. I lost 32 pounds during 75 Hard, focused on losing another pound a week through December, and take it from there.
