Just Say Hello

OK...I did it. This is the end of my first week on MyFitnessPal and on this new diet plan that I just got. Lost: 2.0 lbs (note the decimal pt). Inasmuchas this is still within range of the usual inexplicable ups-n-downs that tends to be my diet --- the jury is still out. Was previously on the Mediterranean Diet, which is still a good diet....before that WW, SBD, do it yourself, WW again, Seattle Sutton, etc....into the paleozoic age
