Best c25k?

I've recently started running again. It's been a while and although I've been going to the gym doing weights, I haven't done decent cardio for ages (foot, achilles, toe issues). So now I'm able, I decided to do couch 2 5k. I downloaded the British NHS one which has data fields and I can use it with my garmin. However, I've since noticed there are lots of different c25k programs. Anyone have a favourite? Or have done more than one and prefer one over the other? Keen to hear other people's experiences, thoughts and preferences.
