Grand Rising! I am Shawn. I live in Minnesota, I'm 50 ish and excited as today I am starting a new 6 week wellness challenge with a local coach. I want to live a long and healthy life and release myself from the thoughts and actions that sabotage me. #iamawellnesswarrior
