Me, too! I am eating how I normally have been and tracking. This way I can see where I can make changes. I can't make drastic changes. That NEVER works for me. Here's to our success! I have to lose at least 50 lbs.2

Go ladies! I am done with stringent dieting. I am working with a nurtitionist to see where I can tweak my meals. I've never been too good with moderation. This time I am going to learn how...The changes I want to make are: no more drinking pop (my kidneys can't take it), decreasing my protein intake, stop using sweetner packets, eating more vegetables on a regular basis, and have a treat meal once a week. I don't believe in cheat meals.
Everyone is different. Do what works for you.0
