Hello everyone! I’m starting this journey again. This time, I’m going to make it stick to the best of my abilities. I have hypothyroidism and was hoping I could make some friends (or any friends to keep me motivated) that could give me advice. I never took my diagnosis seriously (diagnosed at 13) but I’ve started doing more research on what to avoid and what my thyroid needs. I’m going on a week and a half of eating better, fasting and trying to move more. So far I’ve lost about 9lbs of water weight and definitely feel less inflammation. Thank you for reading and wishing successful fitness journeys to everyone!

Good for you getting back to it. I found that making a small change every couple weeks makes it so much easier to manage and build the habits to keep you on track long term. Good luck!0
