This is day 27 of anti inflammatory diet. This was lunch and dinner. I made a Dijon and red wine vinegar dressing for my salad. I am 12.6# down.

So today I was down 2.2 pounds and then messed up with a candy bar. Ugh. So and egg and an apple earlier and this was dinner.
