Hi all! 👋🏼 newbie here and learning how to use this app and stay motivated to track my progress. I am 53 yo trying to lose a few pounds and gain some muscle mass to look fit and healthy. I would love to make friends and help keep each other motivated! I am a full time assistant manager of a women’s clothing store and recently been promoted to a brand ambassador. Fitting in workout routines around my schedule is going to be challenging ! Love to meet like minded people with similar goals to get fit and healthy. 💪🏼😃
