Walking and steps

Quick question. If you go on a 40 walk do you track that or do you not because it’s already tracking your steps? TIA

    That's up to you; regular step tracking should cover this just fine, but if for some reason you want to record an exercise (to have a specific record of it, for example) then you can do that without "double dipping". Our program accounts for this.
