Muay Thai Muscle Journey

Hey all!

I used to think I wasn't athletic. I never felt bad about my body, but I figured my body wasn't 'built' to do any of the sporty, athletic things other people did. I was otherwise a healthy enough weight, and was happy cruising along in life.

About a year ago I started doing Muay Thai after getting over my anxiety of joining a gym. That has been completely eye opening-- I went from being neutral toward myself and my body to feeling AMAZING. I didn't know I was capable of most of the things I've accomplished, and I'm super eager to accomplish more! I've seen myself gain about 15lbs since joining my gym and starting to lift weights. Now I want to learn more about the specifics, especially since my metabolism has taken a huge jump and I am hungry ALL the time.

Here's to staying accountable, living well, and building a lifestyle. It feels great! And my posture has never been better, lol.
