Struggling in my forties

Hello, I'm new here and have tried to track calories but find it's hard when I get busy. I struggle with stress eating and snacking between meals. I love to eat! After turning forty, I've noticed changes in my energy level and I'm finding it's getting more difficult to prevent weight gain despite daily exercise. I would love support and encouragement from this platform as I work toward my weightless goal.

I went through that myself. As we age we get less active, which makes us lose more muscle mass, and we typically eat more. This contributes to weight gain and low energy levels. I completely changed my diet and weighed everything I ate. Once I got that under control I increased my activity to improve my strength and energy levels. Works like a charm every time ☺️ I just reached my goal weight mid September and have been maintaining since. Please let me know if you have questions. If I can do it you can do it!0
