Kicked off my fitness with a 32 hr fast a few days ago, and trying to stay with a healthy low fat, low carb, low sodium diet. Incorporating more fruits and veggies in every meal, and trying hard to get less chicken in my meals. Tracking BP, sleep, food, cycle, and exercise.
My goal is to not only be off BP meds, but to lose weight and be at about 120/110 come March. Or close to the goal. Why? It's my 50th and going on a cruise with my two boys!
Love to walk with my dog, and be active with my adult son and teenager.
