Hello Fellow Fitness Seekers

Hope everyone is living their best life today. I have used MFP on and off for years. I check in and track calories anytime I feel myself start to slip. I'm at a stage in my journey where I feel stable enough to encourage others. Halloween tomorrow will be a challenge! I started a community fruit bowl at work last week to balance out the always stocked candy drawer. I got a little attitude thrown at me about not being so perfect all the time. Lol So, I'm reaching out to folks who know my struggle. I lost half my body weight a couple yrs ago and it is a lifelong commitment to keep it off. Tomorrow I will enjoy my family and all of the cute kids in costumes, and keep my hands out of the candy bowl!!
