How do I get my steps to transfer over to my high performance app?

Not quite sure what your question is here? What’s a high performance app?
If you want steps to transfer to MFP, you’ll need to sync your fitness device with the app.
If you’re on IOS (Apple Watch) lmk and I’ll post some screen shots here.
