Definitely will get you to lose weight. Just keep in mind, for weight loss to stick it has to be a lifestyle change. If you think you can do the one meal a day for extended time have at it. Also make sure you're taking supplements or ensuring you're tracking your nutrients as OMOD makes it difficult to get the proper nutrients/minerals daily.1 -

Maybe I'm just a skeptic. Well... I AM a skeptic.
Would I trust "some doctor on YouTube?"
No effing way.2 -
i had a friend who ate once a day. he ate a LOT during that hour. are you eating enough calories to fuel your body in that once a day feed? and are you getting enough protein, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals?
i wouldn't want to do without food for 23 hours a day. i have lost 100 pounds, got my cholesterol down from high to normal, gotten my blood sugar down from 300 to normal, all while enjoying food and snacks through the day while getting in my strength training and cardio. i'm healthier and fitter in every way than i was 5 years ago.Maybe I'm just a skeptic. Well... I AM a skeptic.

You are going to get a lot of pushback on this. Oh, I see you already have. If OMAD work for you, ignore them. I don't really do one meal a day, but I do fast most of the day and eat when I get home from work. Usually two meals in a 3-4 hour stretch. I have done that for a long time, like years. It, however, is not some magical method of weight loss.0

Ya most are unreliable.. but choosing a right option among right n wrong is our role.. but he gives detailed information analysis.. no harm in giving a few hours to some good things..0 -

Agreed.. Actually everyone has different type of body hormones mentality and routines so not everything fits to all and I have tried many ways and found this one very promising so will try to stick to it as long as it doesn't spoil my basic0 -
So it's necessary to understand harmones, specially insulin behaviour and ways to use it for best.. gut bacteria..0
