Lifting advice

Hey all!
I've been focusing on cardio the last few months and I'd really want to take my fitness one step further and start lifting (again). I build muscle fairly easily and really think i can benefit from the lean muscle in my training.

Does anyone have any websites/advice that they would like to share in order to help build my knowledge?

Thanks!
Jen

You must have great genetics, most women do not build muscle fairly easy. Take a look at any one of the starter 5x5 programs or starting strength
