first pic i weighed 285, size 40 waist, and now i'm 197, size 31 waist. I just moved so i've been a lil stagnant recently on my cardio n overall loss, but i'm settled in now and hoping to drop another 15 by halloween n it'd be neat to have lost 100 pounds, my goal is to be like 7 or 8% bodyfat ideally. and i'm curious how low my waist size will be by then.
