Hey everyone,
21m here, goal to gain muscle and get toned. Currently I’d say I’m skinny fat and have been doing home workouts since May of this year (3x/week, 30-50min) but haven’t seen any drastic changes. I’ve noticed I’ve lost weight rather than gain muscle. Any tips?
