I would like to lose 25 pounds, over the next 3 months, a portion of weight that I regained headed into my 4th year of post bariatric surgery.

    Hello everyone. I am 4 months post op weight loss surgery. I haven’t gained any weight back yet, but would love to follow your progress and gain some advice here or there.
