Hello all! I’m an almost 40 mom of 2 looking to make a serious life change. I don’t know how to stay motivated and my life is so hectic that I’m having trouble finding time to exercise. Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. Also, I love carbs and cheese, so so much. So I’m not sure how this is going to go.

You don’t need to exercise to lose weight though more movement in just walking doesn’t hurt . You just need to lower your daily calories. As far as foods you love, decide what your personality is like. Are you the type that can have a small bite of what you love and be satisfied or you the type that a small bite leads to much more so need to severely limit those types of foods? Whatever is best take that into account. I love sweets but can’t have that around or one bite leads to 4 or 5. Cravings do lessen over time. Good luck!0
