I've lost 11 lbs but now I'm stuck. I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. Help!

Tracked calories very closely. Use food scale and measuring cups, remember oils added, cut out highly processed foods, greatly limit eating out, increase vegetables. Avoid food with higher calories and lower satiety, like crackers, cereals, chips, cheeses, granola bars. Stick to whole foods to increase satiety. This is doable over age 40! Don’t give up!3

Two weeks is a short period of time, especially after having lost 11 pounds. What you were doing is working, just keep doing it, and the scales will move again in a few weeks. This is normal.5

I joined a 10 week challenge, enter my food in MFP, and track my workouts daily.1
