Re-introduction to MFP

Hello, all!

I've been on MFP on and off over the years. Following the pandemic shutdown, I held on to healthy habits for a couple years, despite having fluctuated anywhere from 15 to 20lbs, but in the last year or two, I've completely floundered and have gained up to 50lbs extra. Since then my highest weight, I've lost some of it, but I'd love to get back to even my base weight--as hard as I worked previously to lose even more from that weight prior to the pandemic.

Feeling kinda down about this struggle since it's feeling even more insurmountable than ever. It's been insanely difficult for me to find a support system. An accountabili-buddy has usually been helpful in the past, but it feels like a lot of my friends are kind of in a similar funk. Wondering if anyone out there feels similarly? Just looking for anyone to share this journey with, I guess.
