Not new but restarting

I am not new to Myfitnessapp, but and hitting reset to focus on balanced meals. I eat lots of veggies, struggle with not enough protein, and too much fat. Seems one goes with the other so any suggestions/ ideas to get more protein without going over fat. I’m also working on empty calories with low nutritional value like butter replacing with olive oil roasting for more flavor.

    @lindamcspeedy2016 To reduce calories and fat I you could also swap out the olive oil for an avocado oil spray and roasting definitely adds flavor. You can hit your protein goals with lean meat and eggs but be mindful of any sauces, I would stick to fresh herbs and spices.
