Hey everyone, I am not new around here. Been on again, off again for a long time with MFP.
46 years old with probably 150lbs to lose in total, my goal right now is to lose 70 pounds by the end of 2024.
Just wanted to reset myself with an introduction, post a goal publicly and start to get more active in this community.
My new journey starts today!
