Seeking Sustainable Weightloss

I'm turning forty in March, and I've been significantly overweight my entire life. I've lost weight doing Weight Watchers and keto, but I had sort of given up in the last few years. I'm just over 300 pounds and the weight is taking a toll on my body. I don't want to be in pain and I want to be active with my five year old daughter. I'm calorie counting with specific protein and fiber goals, and I'm walking everyday, getting lots of vegetables in, and drinking my water. I want to lose weight in a slow sustainable way.

I got out of an abusive marriage in 2020 and have since found the man of my dreams. There's no more turmoil in my life, so it it's time to focus on me and my health. I know I can do this!
