Under-eating?
Eat more of calorie-dense but less filling foods, such as avocados, nuts and nut butters, seeds, oil/butter in cooking or on other foods. And/or choose full-fat dairy rather than low fat if you eat dairy, fatty cold-water fish if you eat fish, eat more starchy veggies, sweeter fruits.
If your nutrition is decent (in absolute terms, not just percents), heck, eat some calorie-dense treat foods. Under-eating isn't healthy, y'know?
Some people find drinking calories less filling than eating things one chews, so smoothies or juices might be useful.1 -
Great diet does not consist only meal related, what you read, watch and do and energy you feed yourself with also play key role, don’t overthink it. Baby steps with everything and have you tried drinking? Fruits blended got secrets. 😉0

Cheeseburger and fries comes to mind.
Seriously.
Just eat, whatever you want. Log it, study your FOOD diary and learn from it.0 -

We had cheeseburgers last night, with bacon mind you and a low carb home made bun, drippy and delicious.1 -
