Cutting

I’m 155 and I have 17% body fat I wanna get to 10% shredded so 142lbs is where I want to be ..what should my Macros add up too ? How many many calories a day? Fats?carbs? And proteins?

    Put your info into the guided set up on your MFP profile. It will give you a starting point. Then you will have to play with your macro numbers over time. AND IT TAKES TIME to figure out. Nobody here can tell you what you specifically need. especially with the lack of info you give.

    One suggestion I do have is try to get .7 to 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh.
