20 lbs down and 20 more to go!!

Hi everyone!
I’m Sarah and I’m just celebrating hitting my 1st goal of losing 20 lbs!! When I began my journey in September, I’ve been down this road so many times before that I knew I could do it but maintaining was gonna be hard. The way I’ve been doing it this time has been difference than ANY OF THE OTHER times I’ve tried. I’m eating MORE now! I’m LIFTING WEIGHTS now! I only do ZONE 2 CARDIO now! Filling my plates with Whole Foods and not relying on packaged “diet foods”. These changes are so sustainable despite the long hours spent on meal prepping. Now I don’t have cheat days. If it’s worth it, I will eat it without beating myself up and get right back to my Whole Foods and fitness. Just making it all casually fit into my life and I feel so grateful!!!
