Share your 30DS (for ppl only doing 30DS, nothing else)

So I've seen a lot of results on MFP with people doing 30DS, but most of them were doing something else along with it (like C25K or ripped i n 30). I do know that doing 30DS with other exercises will give maximum results, and I plan to do that as well, but I wanna see results of people who did JUST 30 Day shred, and nothing else. :) Thanks guys! :)
