I just joined yesterday. I recently did weight watchers. I did like it but I felt like I was wasting money. Theres a lot of information there but none that isn't all over the internet already. Anyway, I am here to lose the weight I gained when I had my son. The one that starts kindergarten in a few weeks. I really need support because the second I feel stressed I wanna run for the kitchen.

    Welcome! I just joined last week. When you feel stressed log into this site and look at your food diary. I keep up with it religiously and always feel great about how controlled I am. It's a wonderful thing feeling in control of one's self. Good luck!!!

    Thanks. I feels good to log in and see all the good food I have eaten and not see junk on there. It is motivating.
