i have problems in the will power department, so what i do is make calorie-free popsicles. i use calorie-free diet sodas, herb teas that i like sweetened with stevia, water enhancers (my favorites are sweet tea and strawberry watermelon) and so on. i make them into popsicles, and you can eat a lot of these with no worries.
also having lots of low calorie, yummy foods at times when you feel like you gotta munch is helpful. snack pack juicy gels (i like the strawberry and the orange, you get 3 of each per pack) have 5 calories per cup. sugar free fudgecicles have 40 calories each. laughing cow lite has 30 calories per wedge.
the light string cheese i get has 50. there's lots more stuff like that, but it's down to what you find tasty.0 -
pre log everything you are going to eat for the day. your goal simply becomes to eat it all.4
